Items ordered on on-line shop headed to addresses within Slovenia are being delivered by the Slovenian Post (Pošta Slovenije). It is also possible to personally pick up the package at the official Sever store in Izola, Slovenia. Deliveries in the EU and worldwide have to be arranged individually. However there are some stipulations that are solid and are listed below.

Delivery costs and shipping time

  • Slovenia orders:

Purchases placed from Monday to Friday up to 12 AM are processed and dispatched on the same day. The package reaches its final destination approximately on the next day (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded).

Purchases made from Monday to Thursday after 12 AM are processed and dispatched on the next working day. In this case the delivery time takes approximately 2 days.

Purchases made on Friday after 12 AM are processed and dispatched on the next first working day (usually on Monday). Delivery time in this case takes up to 3 working days.

Orders can be placed at any day at any time. The processing and dispatching of the items ordered outside working days are taking place on the next first working day. The anticipated delivery time in this case is the second working day after the holidays.  

Deliveries in Slovenia take place in the forenoon so it is recommended that you leave a delivery address where you will actually be at the delivery time. It is possible to leave your office address or any other reliable location. If the first delivery attempt fails, the postal service employee leaves you a note with which you can later claim your package at the nearest post office.

On your explicit request the packages inside Slovenia can be delivered also with express mail. In this case the customer carries all the expenses.

  • EU orders and others:

For deliveries outside Slovenia shipping costs are charged by the currently valid price list by the Slovenian Post or by the chosen delivery service.

The customer pays the full item price, handling and shipping costs. It is also possible to pay upon pro forma invoice – in that case the customer has to pay item cost and handling only.

The package and its content must be intact when it reaches you. If you notice any qualitative or quantitative damages at take-over such as package damage, item malfunction or similar, you must file a complaint with the responsible delivery service.   

If the items run out of stock we will notify you when it will be available again or/and offer you a compensation.
